MATT UHLER

Matt Uhler is an experienced business broker and entrepreneur who has been self-employed since he was 17 years old. He was initially introduced to business brokerage when he sold his 40-employee service company in 1998. He began his career as a business broker, facilitating business acquisitions in 1999 with WCI Brokers and went on to form the Northern Arizona Division of the company, Comprehensive Business Services, LLC dba WCI Business Brokers in 2008. He is the co-owner and Designated Broker of the Prescott, Arizona brokerage, facilitating transactions throughout the state of Arizona. During Matt’s career as a business broker, he has analyzed over 3,000 business and commercial properties to determine the fair market value and personally participated in the sale of over 800 business and real estate transactions. Additionally, as the Designated Broker, he has assisted his agents with hundreds of additional transactions. Matt has won the Arizona Business Brokers Association, Broker of the Year award and other distinguished awards for many consecutive years throughout his career. He was also the former vice president of the Central Chapter of the Arizona Business Brokers Association, co-founding board member, vice-chair and state delegate for the Arizona Business Brokers Association Northern Chapter and served on the board of directors and executive committee for the Prescott area Habitat for Humanity.

Matt also has an ownership interest in various businesses which employ over 150 employees combined. These businesses include commercial and residential real estate sales and management, senior and assisted living, private money lending, excavation, trucking, plumbing, insurance, health and fitness, event and media production, automotive, wholesale and retail sales, sweeping and pressure washing services, and rental property acquisition, sales and management. Aside from his career as a business broker, Matt enjoys spending time with his family and engaging in outdoor activities such as mountain biking and off-road adventures. He is also passionate about health and fitness and loves to travel with his wife, Audrey, and their four children. Matt’s extensive experience as a business broker and entrepreneur has given him a unique perspective on the industry and has made him a valuable asset to the Arizona business community. He continues to be an active member of the community and is dedicated to helping his clients achieve their goals and find success.
